Customer Review: Got this for Christmas and I can tell it will be a favorite. The bottom is heavy with near perfect heat distribution. The long handle is comfortable to use, and the glass lid seals better to the pan than any covered pan I've used. The handle on the lid is a perfect size and doesn't get hot.
