Customer Review: I rarely use my crock pot. It has a hot spot that burns the food everytime I use it. So needless to say I don't use it as much as I would like. Burns the food in the hot spot area on the low setting, never use the high setting way too hot. Also I think the crock is really heavy and hard to handle... more info
Customer Review: I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and I'm not at all sorry. I keep it on the counter and it does take up a good chunk of space, but it's worked so well, I'm good with the space issue. I had a bottom-range rice cooker before this one and it was ok as long as you ate the rice... more info
Customer Review: I love it! I had a cheap little steamer basket prior to getting this. While it did the job, I hated cleaning it. There were always little pieces of broccoli or whatever stuck in those overlapping holes. And I steam a veggies a lot - Just about daily. While babysitting and cooking for my niece and... more info
Customer Review: I bought this for my pressure cooker and it works so well when I'm steaming vegetables. The vegetables don't get all mushy from them sitting in water boiling. I'm sure it works fine without the pressure cooker. I just haven't tried it yet. The vegetables cook faster with the pressure cooker. 3... more info
Customer Review: I have had this crockpot for several months, and use it frequently. I love it! I had another slow cooker previous to this one, and was not happy with it. This one does exactly what it is supposed to do. The 4-quart size is the perfect size to make meals for my husband and me. It gives us enough food... more info
Customer Review: I've made Thai sticky rice a few times and this pot and basket makes the best rice. I tried it in a rice cooker and just in a pan in it always came out like a gelatinous blob. This design is simple and works perfect, for the authentic taste and texture. The only downside is that it is another... more info
Customer Review: This steamer works extremely well on magnetic induction cooktops. I have used it to steam oysters and clams. The oyster roast was enjoyed by the whole family. I did not layer the oysters. Only did one layer at a time but the steaming liquid lasted through 5-6 batches, making it a really good size... more info
Customer Review: At just over 10 1/4", it will basically sit at the bottom of the wok, so you can't get a lot of steam going, and it's certainly not a lot of surface area to work with. Since this was for a 14-16" wok, I was hoping for something 12" or wider.
