Customer Review: I've had this tea kettle for 4 years and it is still working fine. No parts have broken, the whistle starts of low then quickly builds in volume, and it remains shiny. The handle never seems hot to me at all, not by a long shot. It also seems to boil water very quickly. That said, I am usually only... more info
Customer Review: This is exactly what I was looking for. It's a good size, and has a GREAT whistle! I've tried other (cutesy) tea kettles, but I came back to Revere.
Customer Review: I bought this two months ago, and after one month I happened to look inside when I filled it and saw that the water was full of flakes; the bottom was falling apart. needless to say i tossed it in the trash, and now i'm even more annoyed to see that though I paid 35 dollars for it is now 14.99.

An end of the plastic handle pulled off the lid. No problem, I just screwed it back in. A month later it pulled out again. This time, I... more info
