Customer Review: I was disappointed in this pitcher. The color of the crystal is bad, for one thing. It has a greyish cast to it that makes it look dirty. I have some of the goblets and wine glasses that match this pattern and they're much nicer than the pitcher.
Customer Review: This would be a perfect product if only the lid was plastic. The inner ice tube is also plastic. The whole purpose, for me, of getting a glass pitcher was so that my drink would not be exposed to the plastic. 3 stars because they don't make it clear that the inner tube is plastic.

Customer Review: I should have paid more attention to the description. For me, this is way to small for a medium latte. At only 10 oz you can only put in about 1/2 cup of milk (because once you start frothing, the cup fills up quickly. If that's all the milk you need, enjoy, it is a nice quality pitcher.
