Customer Review: I think people are expecting too much from this product. For the price, it does exactly what I need it to do-reheat, defrost, make perfect popcorn. If you want a microwave to do more than the basics, you should expect to pay more.

Customer Review: This microwave came in with inappropriate packaging and it was already broken when I opened the box. I couldnt not even open the door, and I even saw white trash inside the microwave. I basically wasted money on this.
Customer Review: Well, you could buy this thing here and pay something like $150, which is what they're asking as I write this, or you could go to Bed Bath and Beyond and get a similar model by Sanyo for about $60. Duh.
